Well, that's exactly it there. The MTA at machine SMTP_SERVER has not put
"Received: ... for foo(_at_)bar(_dot_)com ..." and therefore fetchmail has
nothing to
pull the envelope recipient from.
Possibilities for fixing this include getting SMTP_SERVER to add a
Delivered-To: / Envelope-To: / X-Envelope-To: header and configuring
fetchmail to look for that instead.
