This issue has been argued to death almost since the beginning of mailing
lists, so I don't think there's much value in arguing it here again.
Especially for a list that's existed as long as this one has.
Personally, I tend to lean toward the munging camp, but the no-munging camp
has good points. For me it comes down to the sophistication of both the
user and their mail program. Mailing lists aimed at more technical users
can more easily get away with not munging Reply-To.
