This is pointless. For proper mail security, it's end-to-end security,
hence a matter of the client. And if the clients en/decrypt the
messages, there's no point in the servers doing it again.
hm, i see... that's definitely not what i thought of, but it opens a lot
of possibilities. i can push my users to gpg :)
You might also want to consider X.509 certificates, which many (most?)
mail programs support.
