I would like to see an option for each list. 2 radio buttons. One being
"Set
reply address to the list". The other "Set reply address to the sender"

The default should be "Set reply address to the list" as that has been the
behaviour with wcListserver in the past and one would not want surprises.

This topic is the source of many a flame war on various lists. As you
said,
there is no right or wrong answer, so let administrators choose.

Questions:

1) What MUA are you using?

Outlook Express

2) What are some of the MUAs used by your users?

Outlook Express, Outlook, Incredimail

3) What Reply Options does it have for email?

The usual, Reply to Sender, Reply to All, Forward

4) What is better?

I would concur with some of the other respondents that what is presently
there should remain the 'Default'. I say this as most SYSOPS and Users
are
already familiar with how the systems work and it works well for most all
situations. However, for those situations as some have mentioned, the
idea
of 2 buttons in the setup would be ideal if that is possible. Since the
present usage would be the default, most folks would never have to use
them. But, when setting up a new list, the option to choose would give
the
best of both worlds and the best flexibility for a List Server on the Net.
