[Asrg] dsprotocol and Underscores in DNS node names

I've reread RFC 2052 which doesn't have underscores in their examples.
Strange, I could've sworn they were there.

No matter, it's a simple matter of searching and destroying them in the
draft, and I haven't submitted it to the IETF yet, so no need to change the
revision number.
