Isn't that what class action lawsuits are for, i.e., combining a class
of claimants into one law suit? Given, for example, the small-fry
amounts in recent telecom leasing suits, one would think this would be
fertile ground for lawyers.
IANAL, but i'm given to understand that certifying classes for this type of
lawsuit is extremely difficult, and rightly so.
