Reasonable, but I want to be sure that the data rights also include
rights to, for example, the domain name ietf.org. Some legal person
should advise on how to state that.

How about "all data and other intellectual property"?
that works. If we want to make sure we include the domainname thing,
"created" should be "created or required for work".
We're not creating the domainname...... I hope...
