Please can you explain this in some detail, because to me it's
just words. What services do these operators believe will work
reliably through NAT-PT and how will they handle the residual problems
of NAT-PT (which are detailed in RFC 4966)?
There's no doubt that NAT-PT will work in well-defined scenarios for
which any necessary ALGs are in place. The concern is about how it
works in the general case or for unknown future applications.
