feels is desirable from XEP-0045 or XMPP in general, the XSF would be
delighted to hear about it - enough XSF participants are also IETF
participants than merely discussing it here it probably fine, but if
someone posts things to standards(_at_)xmpp(_dot_)org that'd be great too.
