This will actually be 5 meetings in a row outside of NA (93-97), and
potentially at least 8 in a row outside of the US (93-100).

I did a quick grep/count and the last time we had three meetings in a row
not
in North America was.
March 27 - April 1, 2011; Prague, Czech Republic; Hosted by CZ.NIC
November 7-12, 2010; Beijing, China; Hosted by Tsinghua University
July 25-30, 2010; Maastricht, Netherlands; Hosted by SIDN
We have never had all meetings in a calendar year be
"in-the-rest-of-the-world"
So I regard this as progress.
