You can try upgrading the to latest Cwd module from CPAN. This will
probably fix the install.pl problems, but will probably do nothing
for the Namazu problems.
If you are using Linux, you may be able to get access to an updated
RPM for perl. Depending on how comfortable you are building packages
from source, using an RPM may be easier.
