Anyhow, I think I need to backup a step here. What exactly is the

libnmz.so is created when you build namazu and it is the main library
for namazu executables, including namazu.cgi.

What you may need to do is determine what OS the system is. Running
"uname -a" at the shell prompt should tell you. Then, if you have
access to a similiar system, build namazu on that and then copy it
over. I think the configure script of namazu may allow you to build
a staticly linked version of the exectuables, eliminating the need
for any shared libraries.

You should probably contact your service provide to find out what
they exactly allow and to tell them what you are trying to do.
