Details:
The %FromName and %FromAddr hashes are optionally filled with the message
from (human) names and addressed, respectively, when associated resources
are enabled.
However, the hashes are not properly updated when a message removed. This
can cause the DB file to continue to grow forever even when maximum archives
size or expiration resources are specified.
