Message body customization

Hi all,

I'm wondering whether someone had already developped
an addon to mhonarc to do some html processing within
the body of the messages.

What could be done :
- quote extraction and formatting as blockquote or embedded ULs.
- paragraph detection
- looking for *word* and _word_
- looking for ULs or OLs
- looking for underligned text
              ----------------
- and so on

In fact this piece of software could be completely
independant to monharc. 

Does anybody know something ?
