Interested parties may want to look at html2ps
(http://www.tdb.uu.se/~jan/html2ps.html). It can be used to do batch
printing of the HTML documents.
General note: I have no plans to directly support printed formats.
When Frame was used for authoring in older versions of MHonArc, a
PostScript version of the documentation was avaliable. Once I lost
access to Frame (job change), everything has been converted to HTML and
is maintained in the form. Plus, some of the information in the docs
are automatically generated from source.
