I've created on author index using the <OtherIndexes> envariable, and
<MultiPg>. I understand that I must explicitly define variables for the
message-page navigation buttons ($NextButton$, etc.) for the index pages
of my new author index.
However, I'm not clear on how to do this -- how do I refer to the message
list order of the author index? What other variables should I use,
define, or create?
