I am at present working with the mail expert in my office to get the mail
messages piped directly to mhonarc but we are running into a problem.
the following message came back from the mailer daemon:

It is complaining at the end of permissions so I inculde them here for your
info: the notice directory is set at 777

Why is it complaining about .gz files?
I am running this same set up using mailboxes just fine I'm only getting
problems in directing messages from the mail server to mhonarc.
any ideas as to what the problem may be?
