My patch is nothing more than a dirty workaround, because it cannot
handle Chinese or Korean text properly.
  And also, HTTP/1.1 standard requires `charset' specification in
HTTP headers, and I don't expect English list archivers to specify
`charset=EUC-JP.'
  I think Unicode (UTF-8) will be a solution.
