How to hack an .rc file to build an index.html file with first text lin

Hi professionals
We have a system of web pages that get 1500 visits a day.

It will be nice if we will be able to build index.html files of last 24 hours 
which
will include in addition to subjects, senders, and date, also the first
few lines of text of each post.

Have any one an idea how it can be done?
