webmail that dosen't encode the name, the majordomo is
working well but the mhonarc can't understand the name

Need to see an example (raw) message to see if there is
anything that can be done. If the attachment is
specified as application/octet-stream and no filename is
specified for the part, then there is probably nothing
can be done since there is no information that MHonArc
can key off of to determine the filename to use.
