Check the security configuration of sendmail. Depending on what
version you upgraded from, more security restrictions may have
been imposed by sendmail along with potential change in the UID
that mhonarc gets invoked under, causing the permission problem.
Doing a search for "sendmail" on the list archives may provide
you with some ideas on what the problem may be.
