recursive processing of (sub)folders

Hi,
If I have a folder-structure with subfolders (= sub-directories), is there 
an (easy) way to process all messages (in MBOX-Format) with Mhonarc and to 
generate a similar directory-hierarchy with the messages in HTML-Format? 
(Something like a "--recursive"-Option?)
