As for the cheesiness of the names ... well, I went with the flow of
existing names. "username" is a bit ambiguous ... does that mean
"kenh" or "Ken Hornstein"?
I expect you can have a username of "Ken Hornstein" these days but to
me, and I expect most willing to use nmh, that's more of a real name,
with "kenh" being firmly a username.
