Taking those IP addresses above,
$ host 126.96.36.199
188.8.131.52.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer shell0.rawbw.com.
$ host 184.108.40.206
Host 220.127.116.11.in-addr.arpa. not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
$ host smtp.tsoft.com
smtp.tsoft.com is an alias for smtp.rawbw.com.
smtp.rawbw.com has address 18.104.22.168
So 22.214.171.124 handed over email to shell0.rawbw.com and said in the
HELO it was smtp.tsoft.com but its IP address isn't reversible and it
also isn't the IP address for smtp.tsoft.com/smtp.rawbw.com.
That may have a bearing on what you're seeing.
