Please help:
My pages are using utf-8 encoing and even though I've addedd the right meta
tag to the header of HTML page but users must manually set the encoing type
with thier browser.
Here is the page:

and the meta tag I've added:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=utf-8">
As you may test you should manually set the utf-8 encoding even though its
set in HTML header section!?
The problem started when I changed the hosting company and I don't know
maybe its related to Mime-types and Apache web server on new Host?! the
version of Apache web server on new host is: 1.3.20
The pages are dynamically created by perl script and each snip is a utf-8
encoded html file created by windows notepad.
Any help would be appriciated very much.
