Well, let's take a poll first on this. While this script is not as
imperative as enc2xs, It is a part of perl culture to reinvent a better
wheel, such as a2p and find2perl.

DESCRIPTION
piconv is perl version of iconv, a character encoding con-
verter widely availabe for various unixen today. This
script was primarily a technology demostrator for Perl
