Not easily; by the time procmail is reading recipes in your .procmailrc, the
SMTP envelope has been lost, and since the SMTP recipient of a blind carbon
is not listed in the visible headers, procmail cannot egrep for it.
If procmail is the system MDA, there should be a way to preserve the envelope
information while it is still known, such as adding an X-Envelope-To: header
line naming the true envelope recipient or using procmail's -a option to keep
that information available when procmail is reading recipes. That involves
the sendmail.cf file, and examples/advanced has some information about that.
