real Newbie Question!

I am using the procmail that came with slackware 2.0.27, version 3.10.  Is 
there any newer versions of procmail.  And would I want/need to upgrade to the 
new version.  

I have an entire company using procmail that is currently installed.  Although 
my company is small so such a change is not out of the question.
