Backup in mbox format?

Hi,

Being a procmail-novice I've inserted the following recipe
above all other recipes as the procmailex-page advices:


:0 c
backup
                            
:0 ic
| cd backup && rm -f dummy 'ls -t msg.* | sed -e 1,32d'


However it saves the backed up messages in the MH folder format (I think). I
would just like them to be saved in the mbox format so I can browse the
messages in my mailreader like any other mailbox.

What would a recipe for this look like?
