If you really are cocksure that only unwanted mail will be like that, drop
the second colon and file the messages in /dev/null.
Do you get mail from people whose mua's don't fill in a To: header? I
would think that would be a fairly substantial breach of an rfc or
two. Do the latest crop of Windows emailers not bother with To:'s?
