I'm using
procmail -m rcfile <mailbox
and it seems to be failing to parse beyond the first message, just
taking the rest of the mailbox as (apparently) the body of that
message.
You would want to pipe through formail -s to separate the messages,
with perhaps another flag or two applied to formail as well. Look
at the formail man pages. But
formail -s procmail < mailbox
should do it.
