That's probably not how you want to do it.
Simply make the last recipe in your .procmailrc
:0
user(_at_)other(_dot_)domain(_dot_)com
As the last recipe in .procmailrc, anything not matched by previous recipes
will be matched by this one (since it has no conditions).
