smartlist

I'm having some big problems with a moderated list I setup. I know the 
moderated part is setup correctly but when I post to the list the mail only 
goes to the moderators and not to any of the email addresses in the dist file. 
Has anyone ever ran into this or have any idea what the problem may be? Thanks
