Your system mailbox: /var/spool/mail/root
That message in the "procmail -v" output means that procmail will
trust a group-writable .procmailrc if it's in the user's primary group.
It is _not_ a warning that procmail doesn't like the permissions on the
.procmailrc file. That would be the 'Suspicious rcfile "x"' messages
that show up in /var/log/maillog or on the command line when you run
procmail there.
