Hi Michael,
you remember my problem. I solved it and thinking that the solution
might be from general interest I send it to copy it to the
procmail-mailing list as the cyrus mailing list as well.
1. Sending Mail from another account as the local one the procmail-log
ends with: execute /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver but the e-mail never arrives
and disappears.
to get more debugging-information I entered the following recipe for the
last folder into my procmailrc:
:0
|strace $DELIVERMAIL -e -a $CYUSER -m user.$CYUSER
where DELIVERMAIL is assigned /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver.
The output then is written to the procmaillogfile.
At the end I got exitcode (65) invalid header.
The problem turned out to be the first header line From ......
After adding:
0: fwh
| formail -I "From "
as the first recipe to the procmailrc-file everything worked fine.
