I have my mail server referencing SPAMHAUS and it takes care of
roughly 98% of these types of emails.

If you take note of the random lettered words they are mainly consonants.
Can anyone recommend a recipe test for too many consecutive consonants in
one word -but- excluding a minute set of english consecutive consonants that
are found in real words (link below)?
These are "zombies" - there are many variants, but they are designed to
do one thing: confuse Bayesian filters.
IMHO it makes no sense to attempt procmail recipes to filter these.
Either delete them after delivery, or use a dnsbl to block the swine
that send them.
