I'm not exactly sure why it's always Julian who is supposed to
deal with such issues, maybe because he reliably creates some
output. And he asks for missing stuff like the almost ready
SPF 01-pre (since early January), web site, announce list, etc.
For a test of the agenda I could offer the 6-3-options modifier,
and then let's burn it if nobody likes it. Or (ab)use it to
