Now that you've said it, yes, indeed.  It should be the
same problem for all encoded addresses with a timestamp.

Can you disable SRS for particular users ?  Just let the
sender and the 551-users shoot it out.  (551 = not local)

It's apparently one of those cases where the new address
is neither secret nor temporary, but permanent, in other
words your user wants that senders update their address
book.  In that situation SRS won't help to get it right.

SRS is okay when the user does NOT want that senders use
the new address (e.g. because it's secret or temporary).
