We can check for dot in domain after macro expansion.
For a semantical test I'd expect a warning for mx:test.invalid
(or similar), because "host" test.invalid does not have any MX.
Exactly how to handle that aspect of it is one thing I am still thinking
about.
For >10 names in an MX, you can turn off 'strict' mode. Turning off
strict mode enables extended processing. You'll get the unknown (PermErr)
result as the primary result, but q.perm_err.ext will have the result
of extended processing. Anytime these results are different, a
warning is in order.
