OK. It works for the cases where there is TXT only and where both TXT and
SPF are present and the same.
I don't have the ability to publish type 99. A test domain with type 99/SPF
only and one with both TXT and 99/SPF, but different data would be cool.

Notice the type99.py tool I checked in lets you publish SPF records for
unpatched bind.
Notice that for testspf2.bmsi.com, the records differ only in the
case of 'A'. Should that be an error? :-)
