Back in Nov 2004, you reported "Over a ten day period, [Mike] found
only 2 hosts checking the SenderID record, but 1082 hosts that were
checking SPF records".
1,086 checks of spf2.0/pra over 35 days. [...]
24,789 checks of spf1 over 35 days [...]
So, it looks like both SPF and PRA checks have increased a fair amount
since Nov.
