I don't have any hard numbers, but my recollection from debugging the
problem with pyspf was around 20%. A very large fraction, anyway.
It would take some scripting time, but going through mail logs and testing
99 for each SPF domain found would get a hard number.
I appreciate this, and I hope the results are no where near the 20%
you remembered. Even though I don't see any point in type99 records
for SPF since TXT records work fine, I still see a lot of use for
other newer types of DNS records.
