Yes your right.
And also if either BillAcc or Addressee presents it should be 0 or only
one occurance ...right ?

means the AddressPage must have children InvParty AND either BillAcc OR
Addressee. You must have one or the other.

Since if we are not specifying then by default BillAcc is either 0
occurance or only one occurance. Is it right ?
