Ah I see. Unfortunately MS still offers no XPath2 or XQuery in its
msxml
system components in Win8.1. Seems to me they have abandoned the
format
long ago.
Indeed, which is why a lot of XML users have abandoned
Microsoft.
(Microsoft did at one point --amazingly -- suggest that
if you wanted XSLT 2.0 or XPath 2.0, you should use Saxon)
