Yes. We implemented that when we migrated from the old mailserver to the new
one about 3 months ago.
Hello. Since DKIM was made by IETF, i believe that the Python Project
will be one of the role models on deployment DKIM with mailing lists.
For the books:
- We run about 600 mailing lists
- We send about 350.000 mails/day
- We use VERP
In the beginning we had been a little concerned about the impact DKIM signing
and VERP on top would have on the machine. It turned out none of the mentioned
tasks is a problem at all.
Actually the impact is so low, we never bothered to really measure where
ressource consumption costs significantly (and how we could make it cost
less). OTOH the machine is quite powerful (8-core cpu, 4GB RAM) for a mailing
list server.
YMMV on less powerful hardware...
