How to configure?

We are running a webased email system that uses sendmail as the MTA.  I
am trying to configure fetchmail to communicate with the MDA
"/usr/bin/msmailer", but it errors out with the following message.

#**********fetchmail: message was not the expected length (1235 actual
!= 1208 expected)
fetchmail: SIGPIPE thrown from a MDA or a Stream socket error
fetchmail: socket error while fetching from pop.peacockeng.com

Anyone have a suggestion as to the problem?
