[fetchmail]Can't fetch mails from pop3.epost.de - Howto disable AUTH CRAM-MD5?

2001-05-16 14:57:35
Hello!

I try to fetch mails from pop3.epost.de, but fetchmail 5.8.2 isn't able to
do so:

[askwar(_at_)teich askwar]$ fetchmail -a -v pop3.epost.de
fetchmail: 5.8.2 querying pop3.epost.de (protocol POP3) at Mit 16 Mai 2001

fetchmail: POP3> QUIT
fetchmail: POP3< +OK POP3 server closing connection
fetchmail: Query status=3 (AUTHFAIL)
fetchmail: normal termination, status 3

(I've modified the + PDF... and QWxleG lines, just to be sure...)

Well, it seems like fetchmail did not notice that everything's alright after
it send the response to the AUTH CRAM-MD5 inquiry.

Can I somehow disable CRAM-MD5 for just one host?
