[fetchmail]I want a mail software running in command-line under Linux.

I am designing a WAP server, so that the user can read
his e-mail from
his wap phone. The mail server is in the same LAN. I
want to use a cgi
program to call a mail software in command-line under
Linux.
Who is kind enough to tell me what kind of mail
software should I
choose?
