Fetchmail 5.9.0 doesn't recognize -D as a short form of --smtpaddress.
Seems like "D:" got left out of the shortoptions string in options.c
(line 92) at some point, possibly a while back (also missing in 5.5.0,
at any rate). Putting it back in is all that's required to fix things.
