Langelage, Frank <frank(_at_)lafr(_dot_)de>:
Hi,

if I try to fetch a mail which is sent from my company to my private
email-account I get the following lines in syslog:
Sep 19 19:13:50 ebm1 sendmail[8178]: f8JHDou08178: SYSERR(root):
buildaddr: no mailer in parsed address
Sep 19 19:14:05 ebm1 sendmail[8182]: f8JHE5u08182: SYSERR(root):
buildaddr: no mailer in parsed address
Sep 26 21:03:24 ebm1 sendmail[3056]: f8QJ0sT03056: SYSERR(root):
buildaddr: no mailer in parsed address
Sep 27 20:41:40 ebm1 sendmail[9145]: f8RIfcT09145: SYSERR(root):
buildaddr: no mailer in parsed address
Sep 30 10:03:42 ebm1 sendmail[10982]: f8U93gT10982: SYSERR(root):
buildaddr: no mailer in parsed address
Oct  1 20:48:23 ebm1 sendmail[5058]: f91ImNJ05058: SYSERR(root):
buildaddr: no mailer in parsed address
Oct  1 20:48:37 ebm1 sendmail[5061]: f91ImbJ05061: SYSERR(root):
buildaddr: no mailer in parsed address
Oct  1 20:50:16 ebm1 sendmail[5281]: f91IoGJ05281: SYSERR(root):
buildaddr: no mailer in parsed address

The mail isn't fetched but is flushed. So it is lost.

OS is UnixWare 7.1.2 or also known as OpenUNIX 8.0.0, fetchmail 5.9.2,
compiled with the native compiler.

This looks to me like a sendmail cionfiguration error.
